Kyfoo is a CMS licenced by the GNU GPL v3.
The system is generic and usable at the same time.
Generic: We built our own script syntax called kycode.
Usability: The website admin panel is very easy to use.
Kyfoo is written in PHP and uses MySQL+NoSQL for storage.
